Aloha Management Rules and Regulations

1. CHECK IN TIME: IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 11 A.M. NO Early check-ins.
2. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accommapanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $300 for off season booking and a $500 deposit for Peak Season bookings
is required. This must be made at time of booking reservation. There is a one time $25 reservation fee collected at time of booking.
6. GUEST is responsible the following. A credit card must be placed on file and will be charged for any of the following items after
notification to renter.
a. Any damage done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Any charges incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during stay.
c. Add debris, rubbish and discards are to be placed in on-site dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and
cleaned.
d. Wash and Dry all towels and leave on couch.
e. One key is to be left in lock box. Two additional keys are to be left on kitchen counter.
f. Any charges accrued during stay are paid prior to departure.
g. No linens are lost or damaged.
h. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
i Any parking pass or Pool Key is left inside the unit upon departure.
j. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company
employed by My Complex.
7. PAYMENT - Final payment is due 30 days prior for all booking from April 16 - December 15 and 60 days prior for all
booking from December 16 - April 15. We accept Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Check. Funds must be in US Dollar.
All checks are to be written to "Aloha Management".
8. CANCELLATIONS - From date of booking to time Final Payment is received a refunds will be made minus a $100 cancellation fee.
After final payment is made refund will be based on number of days accommodations are re-rented. The $25 reservation fee is a
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.
9. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATION - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in.
Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
10. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to four (4) per one bedroom unit and six
(6) per two bedroom unit.
11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, maid service is not included in the rental
rate however is available at an additional charge upon request.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment,
deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. PARKING PASS - Parking passes are to be picked up at the on-site office, with the exception of Maui Banyan. You may stop by
the office the next morning if you check into the unit late. The Kamaole Sands Resort charges a one time $15 parking fee.
14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
